When your dog, cat of guinea pig has one or several ticks, you can eliminate them naturally in a simple way. You do not need chemicals for this. Our Tick-Complex formula kills all existing ticks without a problem. Tick-Complex formula is absorbed through the skin and does not enter the bloodstream. This has the great advantage that, when there are new ticks on your dog or cat, they die before they start feeding on the blood. It is no problem for your dog or cat to go swimming, this has no influence on the effective protection against ticks. It is safe to use on kittens, puppies, cats and dogs. Tick-Complex is “cuddle-safe “ for humans and animals.
Tick-Complex kills i.a. Ixodus Tick, Dermancantor reticulatus and Rhipicephalus sanguineus.
Tick-Complex has no side effects and has the great advantage ,compared to the regular products like the collars (Saclibor, Preventic-B), sprays (Frontline Spray, Defendog), Spot –on formulas (Frontline Spot-On), powder (permethrin) and shampoo (Scalibor shampoo) etc., that fleas and ticks die immediately and not within 24 to 48 hours of contact, which is the case with the aforementioned products.
Cost comparison: with 100 grams Tick-Complex formula you can make a maximum of 1 litre solution. This costs $ 18,50. One litre Frontline will cost at least $ 100.
Ticks and fleas do not grow immune to Tick-Complex because it is a natural product.

Tick-Complex composition: Stemona sessilifolia root, Saposhnikovia divaricata root, Sophora flavescens root, Mentha canadensis branch/leaf, Cnidium monnieri fruit, honeycomb, Sulfur.
Directions for use:
The herbal formula is for external use and must be diluted with water. With 10 grams of herbs you can make 0,1 litre solution.
Tick-Complex formula is a natural product and when diluted the solution has a brown colour. When you have a white cat or dog, the animal will have a brownish colour after applying the solution. This is only temporary and after 2 days your pet will have its own colour again. This is the only disadvantage of the product. Currently we are looking into ways to solve this problem, but we do not want to have the formula chemically treated. It has to stay an all natural product.
The Tick-Complex solution has to make contact with the skin. Therefore it is necesarry to shower your dog and cat and make sure that it’s wet all the way through to the skin. Then you can begin to massage Tick-Complex into the coat/skin. The Tick-Complex solution really comes into contact with the skin this way, allowing the skin to absorb it. Leave in for 5-10 minutes. Do not rinse, but towel dry.
After 2 weeks the protection against ticks and fleas will decrease. Depending on the situation it can be useful to treat your pet again after 2 weeks. You can treat the surroundings by using the solution in a spray bottle. It will kill all ticks and fleas that are present. Once made, the solution can be used for at least 3 months. The (dry) herbs have a shelf life of at least 3 years.
Results: immediate and any new ticks or fleas on your pet will also be killed immediately.
Tick-Complex also works very well on all other parasites like: mange mites and blood sucking lice. It may be used on all animals.
Side effects: pure natural product. The drops are harmless for humans and pets.
A tick is an insect that is several millimeters in size. A tick feeds on the blood it sucks from cats and dogs. A engorged female can become 8-10 mm in size . In that state it looks like a grey broad bean.
Ticks climb into tall grass or bushes and attach themselves to a passerby. This can be a human or an animal. A tick can become 3-6 years old. During its life, a tick waits for the opportunity to attach itself to a
dog, cat etc. Then the tick will feed itself with blood until it’s engorged, then it will disconnect from its host and lays eggs in the surrounding area. Ticks are most active during spring and autumn. They are not active
during the winter.
The Ixodes ricinus tick is the most common tick in the Netherlands. This tick carries the bacteria Borrelia burgdorferi. When sucking blood this bacteria can be transmitted . The bacetria can cause Lyme disease. It is estimated that about 20-30% of adult ticks is infected with this bacteria. The actual infection can take place about 24 hours after the tick has attached itself. For the elimination of ticks it is therefore important to use a formula that kills ticks immediately when they try to attach themselves. This way, infection is prevented and the (dead) tick falls of your pet. Lyme can cause the following symptoms in your pet: joint problems, fever and loss of appetite (lethargic).
In the South of Europe there are other ticks. Nowadays, these ticks are sometimes seen in the Netherlands. Usually they are transported here from abroad. The ticks concerned can only survive within the house, outside they usually die. These ticks can transmit the diseases Babesiosis and Ehrlichia. Babesiosis can cause the follwing symptoms in your pet: fever, paralysis, it can affect organs and the brain and it can ultimately lead to death.
Ehrlichia can cause the following symptoms in your pet: fever, vomiting and after a couple of weeks severe haemorrhages, infections everywhere in the body and it affects the nervous systeem.
It is best to remove a tick with a tick tweezer. There are many variations available. Never use a fluid containing alchohol to numb the tick. This causes the tick to throw up and the contaminated stomach content could end up in the wound. This very much increases the risk of infection for your pet. When the tick has been removed with tick tweezers, it is very useful to disinfect the spot where the tick sucked up the blood. For this, you can use a bit of alcohol.
