Liver disease is when the liver is not functioning properly. In liver disease, the metabolism and detoxifying effect of the liver are seriously disrupted. Liver disease is actually always perceived by symptoms (complaints). Unfortunately, this is always at a time when the liver is no longer functioning properly.
Symptoms of liver disease:
Acute liver failure (inflamed liver) can be treated well with the liver formula Gou Men Qi, complete recovery is possible. The liver formula Gou Men Qi stimulates the liver, this increases the capacity of the liver and the symptoms will decrease.
Chronic liver failure. Treatment is very important to prevent progressive liver damage. Once damaged, parts of the liver cannot recover. The liver formula Gou Men Qi stimulates the good part of the liver, this increases the capacity of the liver and the symptoms will decrease.
Cirrhosis of the liver. Chronic liver inflammation has caused scar tissue in the liver. The part of the liver with scar tissue no longer functions and can no longer recover. The capacity of the liver has decreased as a result. The liver formula Gou Men Qi stimulates the good part of the liver, this increases the capacity of the liver and the symptoms will decrease.
Cholangitis is an inflammation of the bile duct system. This usually occurs when the bile ducts are partially obstructed, e.g. a gallstone. This allows bacteria to settle here and inflammation can develop. In this situation it is important to give the liver formula Gou Men Qi together with Lysium for dissolving the stone.
Fatty liver disease (in cats and guinea pigs). The liver formula Gou Men Qi ensures that the liver will function better, allowing the liver to process the large amounts of fat in the blood better. The cat will start to feel visibly better. It is important to try to determine the cause of the loss of appetite. Examples of possible causes are: diabetes, stress, inflammation of the pancreas, changes in food, gastrointestinal inflammation, cat flu, etc. Unfortunately, no cause can be found in about 50% of the cases.
Maintenance of the elderly liver. Especially for older animals with the above symptoms it is very good to start using the Gou Men Qi for 6 weeks, for example. This stimulates the liver to function better. Pay particular attention to whether the symptoms of aging improve.
By treating your animal with the liver formula Gou Men Qi you ensure that the part of the liver that is still functioning is stimulated. This increases the liver capacity. With the Gou Men Qi you are treated the bile duct inflammation and that the removal of accumulated copper and / or accumulated liver fats is stimulated. We recommend having the liver tested for recovery after 6 weeks of treatment.
Acute liver failure (inflamed liver), chronic liver failure (including copper overload), liver cirrhosis, bile duct inflammation (cholangitis) and fatty liver disease (lipidosis).
